Long-termownership
15 Year - Lifetime
Our 15-year and lifetime residents are the anchors of our community. They can personalize their cabins within safety guidelines and have a lasting voice in shaping our journey, from future itineraries and ports to ship updates, as valued senior members and partners in our shared voyage.
10 Year - Long Haul
Our Members that purchase a residence as a 10 year can decorate and modify the cabin within the realms of our Terms and Conditions of Safety. They will have a vote as we build out additional itinerary – continents and ports to visit and cosmetic changes to the ship.
15 Year - Lifetime
Our Members who purchase a 5-year residence enjoy the freedom to make their space feel truly their own. They may decorate and personalize their cabin to reflect their style and preferences, as long as all modifications comply with our Terms and Conditions of Safety.
Fractionalownership
Part Timing with Friends or Family
For those with friends or family wishing to purchase a residence together. As a unit of common occupants, a dedicated cabin will be assigned for the ownership duration. The residence may be personalized for the group, and monthly fees will be collected proportionally from all parties.
1/2 Fractional Ownership
Split between two parties who will agree on how to divide the usage of the residence. Our team is happy to assist with scheduling throughout the year. A monthly maintenance fee of $100.00 will be added from each participating party.
1/4 Fractional Ownership
Split between four parties who will agree on how to divide the usage of the residence. Our team is happy to assist with scheduling throughout the year. A monthly maintenance fee of $100.00 will be added from each participating party.
Part Timing
(Solo)
For those seeking part-time occupancy without co-owners to share a full residence. As a unit of non-related occupants, a dedicated cabin will not be assigned for the ownership duration. No permanent changes may be made, and monthly fees will be collected proportionally from all parties.
- Full owners: Full Owners of Residences may legally transfer or sell their residence at any time for the remaining duration of ownership.
- Fractional Owners – Friends & Family: Fractional Owners (Part-Time with Friends and Family) may legally transfer or sell their residence at any time for the remaining duration of ownership, with approval from the other fractional owners and Senior Management (as a neutral party).
- Fractional Owners – Part-Time (Solo): Fractional Owners (Part-Time Alone) may legally transfer or sell their time share of a temporary residence at any time for the remaining duration of ownership.
- Flexible Fractions Fractional ownership can exceed one quarter and is based on quarters of ownership. Example: two families may purchase a residence together where one holds three quarters (3/4) and the other one quarter (1/4).
