Welcome to Fabled Voyages (“FV,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions outline the general policies, rights, and responsibilities that apply to guests (“you,” “your,” or “Resident”) who book, reside, or travel aboard a Fabled Voyages ship.
By reserving or residing aboard our vessel, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before booking.
1. Who Can Book
To book a voyage or residency with Fabled Voyages, you must be at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Fabled Voyages reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking at its discretion if eligibility requirements are not met or if any information provided is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.
2. Residency Terms
Each Resident must have a valid Residency Agreement with Fabled Voyages before boarding. This agreement outlines the duration of stay, pricing, included services, and your rights and responsibilities while aboard.
Residency is transferable and can be assigned, leased, or resold to another individual or party with the express written consent of Fabled Voyages and qualified background checks.
3. Booking & Payment
To confirm your reservation, a deposit (as stated in your booking details) must be received by Fabled Voyages. Final payment is due no later than the date specified on your invoice.
All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may be processed via approved payment methods listed on our official website or invoice.
Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any deposit paid.
4. Pricing & Fees
All published fares, prices, and fees are subject to change without notice until your booking is confirmed.
Your fare includes accommodations, standard onboard dining, select entertainment, and access to most shipboard facilities. Additional costs such as premium dining, alcoholic beverages, shore excursions, premium internet access, and certain onboard services are not included unless otherwise stated.
Taxes and other government-imposed charges may vary by itinerary and may be added to your invoice as applicable.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing or by email to Fabled Voyages’ designated contact.
Refund eligibility is based on the time between your cancellation notice and the scheduled embarkation date, as follows:
- 91 days or more: Full refund minus a 3% Administrative Fee
- 61–90 days: 50% refund of total fare.
- 31–60 days: 25% refund of total fare.
- 30 days or fewer: Non-refundable.
If you fail to board or leave the voyage early for any reason, no refunds will be issued.
6. Itinerary & Schedule Changes
Fabled Voyages may modify itineraries, port calls, schedules, or onboard experiences due to weather, port availability, safety, or other operational considerations.
We always strive to provide the planned route and experience, but changes may occur without prior notice. Such adjustments do not entitle Residents to refunds or compensation.
7. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements
Residents are responsible for ensuring all required passports, visas, vaccinations, and other travel documents are valid for the entire duration of the voyage.
Fabled Voyages assumes no responsibility for denied boarding, entry refusal at any port, or fines resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.
Failure to obtain proper travel documents may result in denial of boarding without refund.
8. Health & Medical Requirements
Residents must be fit to travel and disclose any relevant health conditions that may require special attention during the voyage.
Fabled Voyages reserves the right to deny boarding to any individual who, in our reasonable judgment, may be unfit for travel or pose a health or safety risk to themselves or others.
Medical facilities aboard are limited and designed primarily for first aid and short-term care. Serious or chronic medical issues may require disembarkation for shoreside treatment at the Resident’s own expense.
Residents are strongly encouraged to carry comprehensive travel and medical insurance covering illness, injury, evacuation, and trip interruption.
9. Conduct Aboard the Ship
We want every guest to enjoy a peaceful, respectful, and safe voyage.
Residents must comply with all ship rules, safety procedures, and lawful instructions from the Captain and crew. Disorderly conduct, harassment, violence, or any illegal activity will result in immediate removal from the ship at the next available port, without refund.
Smoking, vaping, or open flames are permitted only in designated areas. Any behavior that endangers the ship, crew, or fellow Residents is strictly prohibited.
10. Alcohol & Controlled Substances
The minimum legal drinking age onboard is 21 years. Fabled Voyages reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to anyone for safety or behavioral reasons.
The possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances is strictly forbidden and may result in disembarkation, legal action, or both.
Residents are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws of the countries visited during the voyage.
11. Smoking Policy
Smoking, vaping, or the use of e-cigarettes is only permitted in designated outdoor areas of the vessel. Smoking is prohibited inside cabins, balconies, restaurants, and public indoor spaces.
Violations may result in cleaning fees, fines, or termination of residency without refund.
12. Safety & Security
Fabled Voyages prioritizes safety above all else. Residents must attend all mandatory safety briefings and comply with emergency procedures as instructed by the crew.
In the event of security checks, Residents agree to cooperate fully with ship staff and port authorities. Weapons, explosives, or any hazardous materials are strictly prohibited aboard.
13. Luggage & Personal Belongings
Residents are responsible for the care and supervision of their personal belongings at all times.
Fabled Voyages assumes no liability for loss, theft, or damage to luggage or personal items unless caused by proven negligence of our staff. We recommend that all Residents carry travel insurance that includes coverage for personal property.
For safety reasons, hazardous, flammable, or illegal materials are strictly prohibited. Security personnel may inspect baggage as required by law or ship policy.
14. Accessibility & Special Assistance
Fabled Voyages is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all Residents.
Guests requiring mobility aids, medical equipment, or special accommodations should notify Fabled Voyages at least 90 days before embarkation. While we will make every reasonable effort to meet such requests, availability of certain accommodations may be limited due to ship design and safety regulations.
Residents must bring any required mobility or medical devices with them, as onboard equipment is limited.
15. Emergencies & Evacuation
In the event of an emergency, all Residents must follow crew instructions immediately and proceed to designated assembly stations or evacuation areas.
If a Resident requires medical evacuation or emergency transportation, all related costs are the responsibility of the Resident. We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance that includes emergency evacuation coverage.
16. Insurance & Liability
Fabled Voyages strongly recommends that all Residents obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical care, trip interruption, personal property, and liability.
Fabled Voyages shall not be held responsible for injury, illness, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from:
- Acts of nature, weather, or other conditions beyond our control.
- Failure to follow ship rules or crew instructions.
- Medical conditions existing prior to or arising during the voyage.
- Loss or damage caused by third-party service providers, contractors, or port authorities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fabled Voyages’ liability is limited to the amount paid by the Resident for their voyage.
17. Force Majeure
Fabled Voyages is not liable for any delay, alteration, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, strikes, mechanical failure, or governmental restrictions.
In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to continue or reschedule the voyage but are not obligated to provide refunds or compensation.
18. Use of Images & Media
By sailing with Fabled Voyages, Residents grant permission for photographs, videos, and other media taken in public areas onboard to be used for promotional, educational, or informational purposes.
Residents who do not wish to appear in such materials should notify the onboard Guest Services team in writing before embarkation.
19. Communication & Privacy
Fabled Voyages respects your privacy. Personal information collected during booking or onboard will be used solely for operational, safety, and service purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
By booking with Fabled Voyages, you consent to receive necessary communications regarding your voyage, including confirmations, updates, and important notifications.
20. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute or claim arising from or related to your voyage with Fabled Voyages shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
All claims must first be submitted in writing to Fabled Voyages within 30 days of the event giving rise to the claim. If not resolved amicably, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
21. Pet Policy
Fabled Voyages welcomes approved pets onboard under specific conditions designed to ensure the comfort and safety of all Residents.
- Only small to medium-sized dogs and cats are permitted, subject to prior approval and availability of designated pet-friendly cabins.
- All pets must be fully vaccinated, microchipped, and accompanied by valid veterinary documentation and pet passport issued within 30 days prior to embarkation, as applicable.
- Pets must remain leashed or crated in public areas and under the control of their owners at all times and are not permitted out of designated pet areas such as dining areas, pools, or other restricted zones.
- Owners are fully responsible for feeding, cleaning, waste disposal, and behavior of their pets.
- Fabled Voyages reserves the right to deny boarding or request disembarkation of any pet that poses a threat, causes damage, or disrupts other Residents.
- An authorized veterinarian may be required to inspect or clear pets before embarkation or during the voyage, depending on itinerary or port regulations.
22. Termination of Residency
Fabled Voyages reserves the right to terminate a Resident’s voyage without refund in cases of:
- Repeated gross negligence or violations of laws, ship rules, safety, or Terms & Conditions.
- Gross conduct deemed unsafe or illegal.
- Repeated disruptive drunkenness or hooliganism.
- Failure to comply with lawful instructions from ship staff or authorities leading to the endangerment of others or yourself.
Upon termination, the Resident must disembark at the next available port at their own expense.
23. Amendments & Updates
Fabled Voyages may update or revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will take effect immediately after posting to our official website.
Any changes or amendments made to the terms and conditions can be made by Fabled Voyages and will take effect immediately after posting to our official website, once a vote is taken and consensus by a majority of our Customers (Residents) has been reached.
Future Customers are encouraged to review the most current version before booking or embarkation. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
